#14: Tofu Stir Fry

Instructions
In a wok, add 50g onion (€0.07), 50g leek (€0.09) with 1 tsp vinegar (€0.05), 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (€0.10), salt, pepper, hot paprika and ground garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 200g Tofu; Lord of Tofu, Natural (€4.05), diced and stir. Cook for a further 10 - 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Add a little water from time to time to create a sauce.
