#8: Brownies
Who said dessert can’t be healthy? Well you know what? I’ve got you covered with these badass chocolate brownies that will blow your mind.

Instructions
In a blender add 180g pitted dates equating to around 9 Medjool dates (€1.80), 30g almond butter (€0.84) , 50g unsweetened cocoa powder (€1.25) and 100g walnuts (€3.25) and blend for 3-5 minutes until completely pulverised.
Once this is done, take out the mixture and mold it with your fingertips in a small, cubed container (like a Tupperware container) lined with baking paper.
Leave it in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, following which you can go ahead and eat (don’t forget to cut the mixture into cubes!)
Preparation with the above ingredients would yield a six-person portion.
